Anytime you host a Singletarian event at which you collect money or request money, you must fill out an Income/Expense form and send it to our Treasurer. If you are requesting money, the Board must approve any expenses incurred over $100. Reciepts are required. This form is attached below and can be downloaded to your computer or it can be obtained from a board member. Instructions on where to send it are listed on the form.

Hosting Activities
We appreciate your willingness to host activities for our club. If you host an activity, be sure to fill out a Host Activity Information Sheet for our newsletter and send it to our Program Chair by the 10th of the previous month the activity will take place. For example, if you host an activity in March, the Activity Sheet needs to be sent to the Program Chair by February 10th.
